History and Memory along the Lumbee River

For nearly a decade, activists, academics, and architects in rural North Carolina have been working with youth leaders to decommission and repurpose the state's surfeit of aging prison farms. Using a roundtable format, these climate and environmental justice leaders will discuss their work, their struggles and successes, and their future plans for the region.

Registrants will receive their Zoom link and information upon registration, and again on the day of the event.
